This is not your average meeting with a nutritionist. We are not assessing your health in an isolated vacuum. Did you know that poor diet and physical inactivity account for the grand majority of chronic diseases? That’s a fancy way of saying many diseases are preventable with good nutrition and regular exercise. Regardless of your health concerns and background, we will be assessing, improving, and optimizing your nutrition, fitness, sleep, hydration, and lifestyle habits. As experts in both nutrition and exercise science, we work with people to optimize every component of health.

For your convenience, all sessions are completed virtually via telehealth, using a third-party HIPPA compliant and HITRUST certified software (SimplePractice™).

Here's what to expect when working with us.


Collecting Information

Before your initial consultation, you’ll be asked to complete an evaluation survey and questionnaire to build your in-depth health profile in preparation for your first session.


Exploring Your Health & Fitness

During a 60-minute initial consultation, our dietitian will discuss your medical history, health goals, pre-existing conditions, nutrition, fitness, and current behaviors. Together, the two of you will create a plan of action.


Practicing Your Protocol

With your personalized nutrition intervention, customized fitness and workout plan, and any additional resources provided to you, it’s time to start implementing your strategies for success. Our team is available 24/7 for any support you need.


Checking In

Every woman is unique and will require varying degrees of ongoing support and accountability. At an interval you and your dietitian agree upon, you will reconnect with our dietitian for a 30-minute virtual follow-up session. Further individualization of your protocol, workout program, and strategies is done at this touchpoint.


Continuing Your Success

Developing and refining your health to best serve you is a process and a journey worth taking. In our opinion, much like seeing your family physician once per year, the same dedication should be aimed at nutrition and fitness experts. With regular, frequent sessions, your health journey is designed for success, sustainability, and longevity.
